Mike Musto Enters County Commissioner Race

Columbia Station Trustee, Mike Musto, officially entered the race for Lorain County Commissioner on November 29, 2011.  Shortly after entering the race, Mike made his first official statement.

“The Commissioner’s Office was created to serve the people and that’s what I intend to do!”

Of course, the statement didn’t come as a surprise for those that knew his work as a Trustee. For years, Mike has established a record of success using common sense principles and cooperation to strengthen his political office and support the community he serves.

“From business to politics, integrity is the cornerstone of success.”

As Trustee, Mike has been hard at work bringing more services and resources to taxpayers. The results of his efforts have united the people of his community for an improved future. Despite budget cuts, Mike Musto’s efforts and integrity proved to be successful and progressive.

“If we use common sense as a guidepost, we will overcome these
troubling times together.”

Mike’s three point plan to strengthen Lorain County is simple, realistic and achievable.

  • Financial responsibility: Government of any size must be good stewards of taxpayer’s money.
  • Lower unemployment: Lorain County has the infrastructure to support lower unemployment.
  • Economic growth: Develop the Lakefront with EPA approved industry and commerce.
